Property Access Screening

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PROPERTY ACCESS

This application constitutes the sole and exclusive means by which any individual, entity, representative, agent, contractor, guest, or other party ("Applicant") may seek, obtain, or request authorization to access, enter, traverse, or remain upon the private property identified in connection with this screening process ("the Property").

No verbal agreement, informal arrangement, prior visit, professional relationship, or other communication of any kind — whether in person, by telephone, by electronic means, or otherwise — shall constitute authorization to access the Property, nor shall any such communication be construed as a waiver of the requirements set forth herein.

Prior Written Authorization. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an individual who has previously received express written authorization to access the Property, signed by the homeowner of record or a duly designated property manager of the Property ("Prior Written Approval"), shall not be required to submit this application solely on the basis of such Prior Written Approval. The Applicant bearing Prior Written Approval must, upon arrival at the Property, present the original physical document evidencing such approval. Copies, photographs, facsimiles, electronic reproductions, or any non-original representation of the Prior Written Approval shall not be accepted and shall not confer any right of access.

Any individual who enters or attempts to enter the Property without having completed this application process and received confirmation of approval, and who does not possess a valid original Prior Written Approval as described above, may be considered an unauthorized entrant and all lawful remedies available to the homeowner may be pursued without further notice.

Release of Submitted Data. By submitting this application, the Applicant unconditionally and irrevocably releases all information, photographs, documents, and other data provided herein ("Submitted Data") to the Property owner and their designees. The Applicant grants the Property owner a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, disclose, transfer, and otherwise process the Submitted Data for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation and without further notice to or consent from the Applicant.

No Privacy Guarantee. The Property owner makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the privacy, security, confidentiality, or handling of the Submitted Data. The Property owner expressly disclaims all liability for any unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, alteration, or misuse of the Submitted Data, whether arising from negligence, breach of duty, or otherwise. The Applicant submits all data entirely at their own risk.

By proceeding with and submitting this application, the Applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this notice in their entirety, and that all information provided in this application is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of the Applicant's knowledge.
